The organization of the 8th edition of the Personal Democracy Forum CEE took place in a slightly changed version in the online conference formula.  Streaming events in English, were also translated into Polish sign language (PSL). The broadcast was available on the PDF CEE Facebook fan page, Gdańsk.pl and wyborcza.pl websites.

The event take place in Poland since 2013 and has since then became the most important conference in the region, among events devoted to the relationship between technology, democracy and civic engagement.20
